摘要:
介绍 HD- 2型工业炉煤粉旋风预燃器的试验装置,测定其切向速度 Vφ、径向速度 Vr、轴向速度 Vz 和静压 Ps的分布 .结果表明 :(1)在不同的一、二次风流量比 (Q2 / Q1)下,预燃器不同横截面的 Vφ,Vz 和 Ps有各自相类同的分布形状曲线,而 Vr 在数值上存在某些随机性; (2 )该预燃器存在有中心负压区,能卷吸器外气体回流,影响煤粉的升温、着火和燃烧; (3)该预燃器设计合理,工业应用时可根据不同煤粉种类控制 Q2 / Q1比值 .
Abstract:
A Presentation is made on the experimental model of HD 2 type pulverized coal cyclone precombustor for the use of industrial furnace and also on the measuring results of its tangential velocity V φ, radial velocity V r, axial velocity V z and static pressure P s . As shown by the results. (1) On different cross section of precombustor and under different proportion of primary secondary inlet air ( Q 2/Q 1), V φ,V z and P s have respective curve of distribution appearance which similar to each other; and V r is somewhat random in its value. (2) The absorption of the backflow of gas outside the precombustor by central negative pressure region influences warm up, catch fire and burning of pulverited coal. (3) The HD 2 type precombustor is shown by results to be reasonable in design. In its industrial application, the ratio of Q 2/Q 1 should be controlled in line with the variety of pulverized coal.
