摘要:
以天然矿物为原料,通过超细粉碎和表面化学改性,改变矿物粉体的性质和表面性质,制备硅橡胶增强填料 .通过粉体表面能和硫化胶力学性能的测定,研究不同矿物、表面积、表面能和偶联剂对硅橡胶制品性能的影响 .
Abstract:
Natural mineral is taken as raw material. By ultrafine crushing and surface chemical modification,the property of mineral fines and their surface property in particular are changed so as to preparestrengthening filler for silicone rubber.By measuring surface energy of mineral fines and mechanical performance of vulcanized rubber,a study is devoted to the influence of different minerals,surface area, surface energy and coupling agent on the performance of silicone rubber products.
