摘要:
从湄洲湾海域内湾及中湾的 3个不同站位采集水样,测定它们对大庆原油的自然降解率 .结果表明,营养盐及原油的初始浓度对降解作用有很大的影响 .将采集的水样经富集培养后,分离、纯化,挑选出 38个能在以原油为唯一碳源的平板上生长的菌落,经鉴定这些菌株多数为革兰氏阴性菌 .从微生物细胞的表面结构及其与界面的作用分析海洋烃降解菌革兰氏阴性菌占优势的原因 .
Abstract:
Specimens of sea water are collected from three different sites in Inner Bay and Middle Bay of Meizhou Bay; and the natural degradation of crude oil from Daqing by these specimens are measured. The results show that nutrient salts and initial concentration of crude oil greatly influence the degradation. The oil degrading microbes from the specimens are enriched, cultured, isolated and purified. Thirty eight bacterial colonies can be grown on agar plate where crude oil is taken by them to be the sole carbon source. Most of these bacterial strains have been identified as Gram negative bacteria. From surface structure of microbial cells and their action with boundary interfaces, the authors analyze the reason why Gram negative bacteria occupy a dominant position in the degradation of marine hydrocarbon.
