摘要:
生料球粒度的大小对水泥质量有直接影响,目前尚无其粒度在线检测的有效手段 .基于计算机图像识别技术,提出在线测定生料球粒度的新方法,并以此组成生料球粒度在线检测系统,实现预加水成球的闭环控制
Abstract:
The quality of cement is directly influenced by the grain size of material globules of cement raw. There is no effective means for their on line detection.Based on technique of image recognition,a new method is proposed and a system is further developed.With which the closed loop control of globule fomation by prewatering can be realized .
