摘要:
采用PLC两个移位寄存器交换工作,实现板材切割过程的控制.应用PLC的高速计数端,实现板片厚度测量和自动控制.利用PLC的跳转指令,实现手动工作方式和自动工作方式的切换.文中给出系统自动程序流程图和梯形图.本控制器具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、编程简单、接线方便、板片误差小(<±0.2mm)等优点,适合在设计新型锯石机或改造旧锯石机上应用.
