摘要:
利用100CXⅡ型透射电镜对球铁的上、下贝氏体形态进行观察与分析.结果表明,球铁的上、下贝氏体均为板条状铁素体,其间有奥氏体.随着等温转变、温度降低,板条变得细小密集,奥氏体量及其含碳量也减少.在上贝氏体中未检测到碳化物,但在下贝氏体中证实有碳化物析出在铁素体片内,排列成行并与贝氏体针长轴成55°角.
Abstract:
The morphology of upper and lower bainites in austempered iron is observed and analysed with help the of a 100 CXⅡ type transmission electron microscope. As shown by the results, upper and lower bainites in ductile iron are all lath ferrites with austenit
