摘要:
应用控电流双阶跃法,研究表面覆盖氧化膜的不锈钢电极上Ni-Fe合金电结晶的特点.实验结果表明:在电结晶初期的电位时间曲线上,所出现的电位锋与成核过程有关.峰高的变化,反应了电结晶过程中成核过程占主导地位的强弱变化,也间接地指示了电极表面氧化膜的破损程度.所得结论对电镀实践有指导作用,并用霍尔槽试验加以证实
