摘要:
在高层商住楼建筑设计中,裙房的商场空间几乎占据了整个基地.因此,把裙房的屋顶开辟为屋顶花园,可以改善高层商住楼的外部环境,使之在喧闹的商业街区为住户提供一个相对安全和安静的交往空间.同时,对闽通花园的总体、功能、建筑和结构的设计问题进行系统的分析.
