摘要:
富集筛选出具有良好脱色活性的混合菌A,并从中分离出单菌N和F,以去除印染废水中的红颜色.接种量为1.25%、温度为30℃的静置培养以及pH为7的条件时,以尿素代替蛋白胨作为部分氮源,可降低培养基成本,且脱色率为80%.
Abstract:
The mixed bacteria A with good decolorizing activity were screened by enrichment; and single bacterium N & F among them were isolated.They removed red color in dye waste water. With temperature of 30℃ and pH 7 and 1. 25 % inoculation and static culture as
