讨论了从醋酸杆菌发酵中提取ADH(乙醇脱氢酶)以及从酵母细胞中提取ADH的可能性.在一定的pH及酶解时间内,醋酸杆菌细胞内ADH活性很低,而酵母细胞内ADH活性相对较高.

A study is made on the possibility of extracting alcohol dehydrogenase from the fermentation byAcetobacter and from yeast cells. Within a fixed pH and zymolysis time, alcohhol dehydrogenase from acetobacter shows a low activity, while that from yeast cell
