摘要:
介绍沉淀法提取茶叶中的茶多酚,浸提茶多酚最适条件为pH6和温度90~100℃; 并进行茶多酚对鱼油抗氧化性能试验,找出最佳添加量.试验表明,抗氧化剂最适宜添加量为0.1%.
Abstract:
Tea-polyphenol is a natural antioxidant. Its extraction from waste tea was studied by precipitation method under the optimal condition of pH 6 and 90100℃.Its antioxidant performance on fish oil was studied with an optimal percentage of 0.1%
