摘要:
研究发现较低的细胞色素水平是导致出芽短梗霉突变体SN08细胞形态,以及卜多糖生成量改变的主要原因.
Abstract:
In producing pullulan by Aureobasidium pullulans fermentation,the yield of pullulan is found to be correlated with a fairly low level of cytochrome and the cell morphology of Aureobasidium pullulans SN08.
