摘要:
研究一种高灵敏测定酒中微量Zn(Ⅱ)的新方法──离心光度法.在pH为1.30的ZnSCN-CV三元离子缔合物体系中,λmax为598nm的表观摩尔吸光系数ε598为3.39×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Zn(Ⅱ)在1.5×10-6~13.8×10-6mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系.
Abstract:
A study is made on centrifugal spectrophotometry as a sensitive new method for determining trace zinc in the wine.In the ternary ionic associate Zn-SCN-CV(pH=1.30)system, molar absorptivityε598 appears to be 3.39×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 at the point where λmax=5
