摘要:
报道淀积条件对以非晶态硒化镉(a-CdSe)为光敏介质的超快光电探测器瞬态响应特性的影响.
Abstract:
In relation to an ultrafast photodetector taking amorphous cadmium selenium film as photosensitive medium,the authors indicate the influence of deposition conditions on its transient response performance.
