摘要:
采用汞膜玻碳电极阳极溶出伏安法测定墨鱼干、大米和西红柿中的痕量镉和铅.样品先于500℃灰化,继用少量1:1HNO3+H2O2消解,不经任何分离,可直接进行测定,Cd2+和Pb2+的浓度分别低至0.10μg·L-1和0.20μg·L-1时仍能检出.
Abstract:
The method of anodic stripping voltammetry with a mercury-deposited glassy carbon electrode was applied to the determination of trace cadmium and trace lead in dried cuttle fish, rice, and tomato. After cineration at 500℃, the ashing sample was dissolved
