在0.02mol/L KOH 介质中,钙-桑色素络合物在单扫描示波极谱仪上有一灵敏的极谱吸附波,其导数峰电位为-0.75V(vs.SCE),峰电流与钙浓度在2.5×10-6-2.0×10-5mol/L 范围内呈线性关系.其检测限为0.1μg Ca2+/ml.应用于人体血清中微量钙的测定结果良好,探讨了波的性质,测出其络合比为1:1.
