摘要:
本文以胶束增溶分光光度法测定 Cd(Ⅱ).在 pH=9.0和 OP 存在下,Cd(Ⅱ)与5-Br-PADAP 以1:2形成红紫色络合物,pH=8.1-10.4范围内吸光度恒定不变,ε558=1.15×105和 Cd(Ⅱ)在0-0.560μg/ml 时符合比耳定律,常见金属离子的干扰可用二次通过疏基棉分离消除.本法用于测定铝合金和水库水中微量镉,结果满意.
Abstract:
The authors present a method of miceilar solubilized spectrophoto- metry for Cd(Ⅱ)determination.The method is based on the formation of a violet red 1:2(metal:ligand)complex by reaction of Cd(Ⅱ)with 5-Br-PADAP in the presence of OP at pH 9,where OP or pol
