摘要:
本文对供应状态的LY12R和LY12CZ合金棒材的超塑性等温压缩试验结果进行讨论,分析了压缩变形过程,确认未经任何超塑预处理的供应状态LY12合金具有轻微超塑性能,确定了两种状态的LY12合金的最佳变形工艺参数,研究了试样尺寸对压缩变形过程的影响。本试验结果为压缩类成形零件提供了较佳的工艺参数。
