目前,尚无测定含芦荟提取物的化妆品中的芦荟苷的适当方法。本文探讨了用荧光法测定化妆品中的芦荟苷,叙述测定的最佳条件、方法的回收率达95%,相对标准偏差为0.5%,线性范围为0.01—20ppm。
