作者采用了最新集成压力传感器,配上(3 1/2)位A/D转换器芯片及有关电子线路,构成了集成数字式压力仪。该仪器简单可靠,使用方便。1985年,在浙江省的计量研究所新农电子仪器厂,分别进行标定和鉴定,现已生产。本文将有关仪器原理,线路以及传感器特性做一简要介绍。
