摘要:
本文提出一个用激光进行酒的品赏的实验方法,当一束激光入射到酒溶液中时,就会产生和酒的特性一致的散射曲线,用这些曲线可以鉴定酒的质量。

In the paper we suggest au experimental methocl of tasting wine by. means of laser There is a scattering curve which is inaccord with the characteristics of wine when a beam of laser is transmited we use these curves to evaluate the gualities of wine
